To exchange or return an item, you must make your request through “Contact Us” on our website. If the product is sent back without authorization from our center, the item will be refused.

What are the accepted reasons for exchanging or returning a product:

  • Regret / Withdrawal / Dissatisfaction - 7 days from delivery.

  • Incomplete Order / Incorrect Product - 7 days from delivery.

  • Size - 30 days from purchase.

  • Factory Defects - 90 days from purchase.


  • The product will be analyzed according to the rules of the Consumer Protection Code.

  • Product must be unused.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by all accessories received.

We do not exchange products with:

  • excessive wear

  • Signs of damage from improper use

  • Signs of puncture by sharp or sharp objects

  • repaired/glued

  • Any alteration that hides the original characteristics of the item, making it impossible to detect the possible defect
